Is there anyway for a person to starvemaxx efficiently because I stopped starvemaxxing after my freind told me it stops growth is there a specific time I could starve max and it doesn't stunt growth or pills I could take to stop my stunting growth while starvemaxxing Ty

Yes, something important about losing body fat is not to starve yourself too much. Try reducing your calories by about 300-400 per day and eat around 1,500-1,700 calories daily. If you starve yourself, you'll gain weight a lot faster than you did before. Try eating low carbs and high protein. Do cardio, and if you eat fats, stick to animal-based fats only.
