Need MARPE, braces, and/or headgear threads to make my own

My local dentist has identified and agreed that I do infact need expansion and my palate is narrow and high, and I will be asking for headgear aswell to fix the hellish maxilla I was born with.

I may document my whole journey in a thread if all goes well (2 year process, I think?)
