First video basically saying in easy terms:
Hgh (or other coumpounds) + bonesmashing = bonemass (chin growth)
Sec video explaining why hgh is better taken before bed than in mornings:
Main reason is cuz you nost likely always will go staright to sleep and hgh will be absorbed while ur fasted which has many benefits, but corrcet me if im wrong wont it also stun your own natural production of gh while sleeping?
So i was thinking that if you can manage to pin in the morning, fast from 4-6 hours (even better to train in that period since it will release even more igf1 and even more if your doing it fasted)?
