i’m looking to take either but i’m in the middle because from my knowledge reta is faster but im not sure of the downsides and on tesa it takes way longer with little to no side affects please tell me more details

They’re different:

Tesa is a secretagogue for IFG1. It has the added benefit of burning visceral fat to some degree. It is also good for sleep and has metabolic benefits. No effects on hunger. Good for cutting.

Reta is a GLP-1. Mainly used as an appetite suppressant and it is also good at burning fat in general as long as you’re in a calorie deficit. This one makes dieting down easy and it had better metabolic benefits like insulin sensitivity.

on the reta i might buy it says

on the reta im looking at it says px 3rt but the bottle says reta/glp3

can you explain what that means i’m confused on it
that its better than the previous ones
some sites call it glp3 because it targets 3 receptors but theres no glp3 its still a glp1 like semaglutide or tirzepatide

Correct, kinda like a 3rd generation GLP1.
