Need outside perspectives on what I need to do to fix my facial appearance

15 years old 5’10.5 40.2%bf 275lbs chud powerliter powerlifter , I have excema for I have dark spots of a spot where I have a tic where i rub my face I will intentionally stop this i have AAS of test tren mast coming in i have reta coming in im going to go on a 1500 cal diet what else should I do to fix my appearance im ordering ru5884 and i have presc 0.5% isotret i wont do any cosmetic soft maxes like eyebrow tint tinted sunscreen etc until i build a good base from AAS and leaning out

do not starve yourself either your only 15 you're gonna nuke your development.

just keep maintenace calories and start doing cardio bro

That’s why I’m running tren for the nutrient partitioning also I’m not going to be in school until September so I see no reason to soft maxes as soft maxes are cosmetic and I can do those once I fix the main concerning issues of bodyfat and facial hard blemishes

Lose fat dye brows fix acne fix dark circles then when you lose fat you could see what surgeries you should do. You can just rope tho

My logic behind that is, there’s really virtually no value in my dying my eye brows if i still haven’t targeted the main flaw which is bodyfat and facial features and the fact that im out of school until September I rather wait and fix bodyfat% and underlying skin issues then directly go into soft maxxing

Surgeries are still a bit out, do you think my nose is big for my face I might try to minimize the size of it

Don't fucking starve yourself and then eat shit *which I know you are doing*, consume meat so that your body goes into gluconeogenesis so that you don't feel as if you WERE straving meanwhilst still reaping the benefits of weight loss..

(so just go into a calorie deficit with meat, it will objectively save you.... NO CARBS)
 
Don't starve at 15, just cut all the goyslop you might be eating rn and eat some normal food
Yeah I’m not actually going to starve it’s just going to be a aggressive deficit on mainly carbs and protein no dietary fat minimal 15-20gs

I’m going to be mainly on protein and carbs and minimizing fat intake

Dude no, thus is metabolic garbage bro, when the body is flooded with carbs it is biochemically prohibited from accessing its own fat stores. It is the encodrine law of insulin. the more that you consume based off of carbs you will gain more weight as a higher insulin level will result in more sudden weight gain.
Please trust me on this bro, carbs trigger a massive release of insulim, insulin is an anabolic, so it is a storage only hormone, as long as insulin is elevated the enzyme HSL (or hormone sensitive lipase) which is the key that unlocks fat cells is entirely suppressed, you will fuck yourself over if you consume carbs brother trust me do not do that shit.

You are essentially telling your body to not touch the fat but burn the sugar you consumed instead. Brother you will be spending your ENTIRE workout burning the carbs you just ate much rather than tapping into your natural fuel tank (that being your body fat)

Because YOUR cells are resistant the sugar sits in your blood causing glycation (cellular damage)!! You are slamming the door on your fat stores by consuming the carb posion!! Alright I won’t be ignorant I might do a meat based diet then. Do you have any tips on what to eat pre workout that will give me a similar effect of the boost carbohydrates do? Possibly a oral steroid or a no ester roid?
