I am 6’1 285 pounds at 17 yrs old. I am a wrestler and powerlifter. I have been going to the gym for a good 3-4 years, and I am going to cut to around 200 pounds, mostly because I want to lose face fat and fit in clothes easier.
I am well versed in proper nutrition and how to lose weight at a good and constant pace, but how do I make sure I fully maximize my face while losing the weight? I do not want to accidentally do all this work to come out with a still chubby face, as people way more frail than me somehow do, and I have seen similar weight loss journeys that end with just that, a chubbier face.
I will be content if I am chiseled, as that is really all I am going for.
