The protocols I've seen around usually start with 300mcg for new users, some even start with 200mcg. I will start semax too and I'll do the 300mg dose.

i might start with 300mcg to mitigate any potential long term side affects. i've seen a lot about higher doses not directly translating to better results

I don't think there are side effects to semax usage. I watched tons of videos on the subject from reputable people and none mentioned side effects.

Im pinning it and works perfect for me. Nasal sprays are effective too, but mostly more expensive than vials

I've never used it but if it's as good as promised then I'll certainly use it long term. I have inattentive ADHD and a moderate case of anxiety and sometimes people can tell I got a couple screws loose in my head. Coming across as neurodivergent is a big turn off socially and for girls.

My psychatrist gave me a pregab prescription for my sleep issues but it didn't work + pregab makes me too slow. Borderline retard. I don't ever want to take it again.

I've seen many people use Ipamorelin/Tesa to improve their sleep. This dude I talk to sometimes says he uses just to sleep properly.

have you tried nasal spray? i saw a lot about the instant effect which would be nice throughout the day when i need a extra boost
