Need Serious Surgery Help

Talkedto my parents and they are actually chill asf with me getting surgeries this summer. That said I need advice and help.

I have positive canthal tilt but I want wider eyes for eye aspect ratio so I was thinking about canthoplasty for that.

I have hollow under eyes so fat graft for that.

This is where I need advice and help. I have BAD UEE unless i fraud, what surgeries can permanently fix that (preferbaly one I can pair with above). I dont want UEE to be fully gone because I have nice lashes but 90% gone would be ideal.

Also is there a surgery to downturn the medial canthus, again if i squintmaxx fraud I get it nicely but Id rather not look like an autist entire time.

Any critiques will be taken as well. This is only part 1, i will post results and dcument my jounrye along the way

Shit's crazy I live in Chicago and in NY rn, in these kinds of cities cosmetic surgeries are so much more expensive so consider that

Thats lowk a smart asf idea. I was thinking, gimme your thoguhts on this, instead of an implant, what about a bone graft in the desired areas of projection, can pair it with implants because I ave read studies that say the bone around implants gets stronger and harder

Mine also though "US better" after hearing all the Turkish horror stories but the best Brazilian, Italian, Spanish, etc surgeons are magicians with what they do.

As for the implants, I honestly don't know sorry I just know where and what projection is needed
