Plan:
Use an online unregulated shop to order a Hawley retainer with arrow clasps for grip. Add reverse pull hooks. Labial bow is very important to prevent teeth tipping and the arrow clasps attach to the back teeth will furthermore prevent that. There is risk with only the upper palate bone (idkwtf it's called) moves forward and causes chimp lip. If I catch this early, I'll stop and it should revert.
Order the forwardontics bow from forwardontics.com. I have a slightly recessed maxilla so the point is to cause forward and upward growth and CCW rotation.
Get a lingual franectomy because I physically cannot mew because of my tongue tie.
Protocol: Wear it on school days for 10-14 hours, on weekends for 23+ hours. Sleep on back.
