What’s the quickest way to fix these pie marks?( I think that’s what they are, if I’m wrong feel free to correct me) would something like tret or azelaic help? I don’t have a budget feel free to recommend me something expensive, or any laser protocols. - also please tell me if mine is bad enough to get laser or should just wait out with a retinol.

If you have no budget then laser is the answer not retinol
retinol takes months lasers take weeks

I mean it's not that bad but you could laser it once u have the budget
