i need help with my skin care im currently using a deep foaming cleanser, 2% salicylic acid, 0.025 tret and a hydrating moisturiser what should i add (if you recommend something prescription in the uk a source would be appreciated)

Night:
Hydrating cleanser, tret, estriol cream, moisturizer (in that order)

10-20mg accutane everyday

(you could get away with only cleansing once a day, up to you)
