NEED SOME ADVICE ORTHOCELS GTFIH

Im turning 15 in 2 weeks, should i just hurry up and get braces? i can get damon braces with class ii elastics any time i want but i just havent because im trying to find a ortho that does mara/herbst appliance but ive been to 3 consultations and every single one said we would definitely do elastics/rubber bands with damon style braces. should i just go ahead and get them with elastics or keep trying to get mara/herbst appliance. whats the worst it could do?

IDK about the herbst appliance since its best for like prepubescent kids or kids just entering puberty. Maybe stick with elastics.

i was thinking mara. not herbst appliance i would just do that if mara wasnt available, but both arent available, i just dont know what to do, why is every ortho recommending elastics?
