Need some help on SSRI's

I've been on common SSRI's for a while now, but it's genuinely made me incapable of feeling anything whether it be sexual attraction or sympathy or any sort of proper emotion, how can i recover from this? I've tried buspar to counteract the effects but it didn't really do anything, im afraid if i stop suddenly ill get withdrawal effects
