im 15 5/9 im already thinking of growing my hair out like a 90s mod cut and im on duac gel for my acne im not sure on how to lose my water retention in my face walking more, specific diet give me some brutal tips please.

I think your first orders of business are skin care, debloating, and some weight loss. A low maintinance way of fixing water retention is basically 1. drink a little more water than you normally do 2. lower sodium intake (no processed foods) 3. get extra potassium (try eating 2-3 bananas daily). Try not to eat carbs before bed, it's gonna make you look super bloated next day. I recommend showing a little more forehead with your hair, but i get that it's sometimes hard to manage the fringe look.

I don't think hgh is necessary in your case. Being 5'9 at age 15 is quite good, you're projected to be 6 feet when you stop growing. Of course if you want a mogger height then you're probably gonna do hgh but that shit's risky. Tread with caution.

ive started debloating, idk if i need weight loss because my body is very lean like can see my abs (i do go to the gym) i drink like 2.5l of water and like 500-1l of milk and im thinking of a 90s mod cut for a new haircut. is getting some of the thickness like length in my eyebrows a good thing?

If you're already at a low body fat % then I'm not sure what's making you look bloated. It could just be a lot of water retention and inflamed/oily/acne skin. Also I think it's worthwhile trying to switch the milk out for something non-dairy if you're trying to clear up your skin, personally I was surprised to see how sensitive I was to that kind of stuff and how I started getting a lot less pimples. However, it could be that you just don't have the bone structure for facial definition no matter how lean or unbloated you get. It seems like your profile is very flat, so it could be that you're recessed.

But the only way to know is the get down to 12% bf and debloat. If you're still boneless by then there's not a lot you can do with just fixing your skin. But you're 15, your bones are still growing, and you could do some hard mewing and potentially get great results, fix your recession (if that's what your problem is, not 100% sure)

Mod cut could look nice, perhaps give it a try and see if you like it. I don't think you need more growth in your eyebrows, they are already quite thick in my opinion. Maybe just some shaping. If you think you need more density then you can try with an eyebrow pen and see if you like how it looks. Then you can do the whole 5% minoxidil thing, but you should probably wait until 18 for that.

when i was like skinny last year i had good facial definition i think im very bloated and have sensitive water retention luckily im 15 and still developing and have better facial features im thinking of hopping on peptides once i researched the risk profiles of the ones i want e.g reta/mk677 ill try and cut out milk for a week and acsess the results.
