Does anyone here know Dr. Arko Demiancuk? He’s offering buck fat removal for $2900 USD which is the cheapest I could find. He does not perform partial buccal fat removal, only full. And would that or would it not be a good idea for my case? (Pictures below)

Any other suggestions? Any cheaper/better surgeons? (Willing to travel to Mexico)

Lol. Yeah ofc I don’t want my full face on here. It’d be harder for any irls to come back to this but I have had appointments with cosmetic surgeons so I was asking your opinions. My lower face is lacking and I figured buccal fat removal would be a good first step.
