As title implies, leaving home going 2k+ miles away for college in hopes of a new life. Been heavily blackpilled for a while and now that i'm 18 I feel it's time for me to start making changes, as I want a higher quality life than I now have. I've got 3k ish rn so a loan is probably needed. What surgeries would benefit me?
