ive been working out for a year but i genuinely look like i havent touched a weight in my life, also i need a solid hair/face routine cuz im constantly breaking out. maybe some diet advice as well? the main thing is the face tho.

Quit junk food and salty food drink about 3L water and get some potassium

surgery for gyno.
it's not that bad he can just leanmaxx and it'll probably go away or severely reduce to a point where its not a problem with a t shirt on.

Decent Face base,stop gooning and hit cardio ,stop eating all that fucking bullshit American food and drink 3 Lt a day minimum,don’t worry about skin breaking out here and there ,it’s inevitable.
 
Cardio bro, try to walk 10k steps a day, it's good for losing fat
