Need Tips For Isotretinoin Side Effects

Hopped on Isotret 20mg/day 3 weeks ago. Few days ago the side effects hit me like a truck: Joint pain (especially low back), dry skin, stomach issues, nauseau and some vomiting. Has anyone here experienced similar side effects and if you do, how did you resolve it? Really dont wanna go back to my derm, im afraid he'll pull me off the isotret, its my last resort.

yeah I considered 20mg pretty low so I was surprised too. But cant stay sub5 forever so I'll push trough some more days and if im still fucked I'll call my derm.
