10-20mg. depends how much weight you wanna gain, after about 20 mins of ingesting the liquid mk677 for me I got extremely hungry I felt like a wolf for about 2 hours then the hunger went down again

Didn't know there was an injectable form of ibutamoren back then also I would've been way too pussy to do that back then. I did it for about a month as my dropper had only 60ml and it was 1ml/10mg
