I’m 15 and 5’5, I need some help on how to grow taller cuz I think my time is running out on growing, I’ve been growing steady my whole life with no substantial growth spurts in the last 3-4 years. My mom completely fucked up my height she is 4’11 and my dad is 6’1. I tried looking up on how to grow taller but I’m pretty sure it’s all bullshit so ya I need help
