so ive made a list of things to be doing but idk if certain ones arent cope and if i wont waste my time so im thankful to every lm god that answers

chin tucks,
neck curls,
steps,
cardio,
dynamic dolt.. strain cycling basically 5s hard ewing 2s relase x20x3
for context my profile; (also if som1 rates ty)

mewing is not cope as long as you're in development age and if you aren't it's gonna make nigh invisible difference.
Chin tucks is not cope just helps with the posture.
Neck curls is not cope as it helps develop the neck.
Steps is not cope as it's great cardio.
How could cardio possibly be cope lmao?
Cycling hard mewing is a waste of time lmao not gonna change anything.
You have a great base but you still need to go rn you look like an MTN

Ur chilling just stay healthy and let puberty do it thing, maybe sprinkle some hgh if you want

my stapfath has hgh in the fridge but i dont need to grow any taller (183) and im not sure if its gonna actually project my face
