I am 15 and i have a whole beard. I am 5 ft 2 1/2 dad 5 ft 6-7 and mum 5 ft. I already have short genetic and i am in late puberty stage and i have severe acne and acne scarring. so as you can see i have several flaws but what can i do to ascend i am down to do everything except steroids

skincare and a better diet will help your skin etc, the fact you have a full beard is concerning

It’s not as concerning as other things it just means i am dht sensitive and i’ve had a slight mustache since the age of 10-11, alot of ethnics have strong beard genetics.

Start by dieting and usung tretinoin on your face, then you will sleep as long as you genuinely physically can and supplemnt vitamin d (dont get it through sun cuz it can cause skin impurities) use vitamin c and adapelene on your skin and you are pretty much good to go
