Because the wrist growth plates close sooner than the rest. You see where this is going? Say your wrist growth plates are closed, the doctor tells you you're done growing but there is a high chance growth plates in the pelvis and spine are still open at your age. I gained like 1cm at your age. Had I taken HGH, maybe it could've been 3 or 4cm.

If you look like a man (voice, fully grown penis, a decent amount of facial hair, etc.) I highly doubt it. If you don't look fully mature you might also be fully mature and just have bad genes so who knows. If I had to guess it will be well on its way to being fully closed, going by statistics.

idk man im giga hairy but somehow I managed to grow a full inch in the last few months
