понизь bodyfat, попробуй другую прическу которая открывает лоб, он у тебя короткий, и когда лоб прикрыт лицо выглядит более круглым, если hairline плохой, оставляй как есть, удали родинки они портят эстетику лица, почаще напрягай мышцы бровей, может получиться сделать их чуть ниже и спасти ситуацию с глазами, потому что у тя явный bug eye вырез глаз, так еще и негативный наклон глаз (negative canthalt tilt) не прям сильный но и не нейтральный, но для начала главная задача для тебя понизить процент жира, что б лицо стало суше и было более понятней видны facial bones (skeleton)

Nah surgery is the main fixes and makes substantial improvements but change other smaller but still important things like weight and skin you’ll ascend much just from that but surgery is just if we’re looking at fixing everything even slightly
