Negativ canthal tilt

Hey, I'm 16 years old and got a negative canthal tilt which is nerving me a lot in my opinion. I think its negative around 15-18° and I wanted to ask if its possible to fix it. No surgerys at first since Im only 16.

Mse/Marpe/Maspe could help by improving zygomatic arch support but it’s not an huge difference. Tbh anything other than canthoplasty is cope.

what changes do u think someone should expect w Marpe ?

Wider midface, more prominent zygos, slightly better canthal tilt and pfl, and a better dental arch.
Can it indirectly improve the size of the mouth by expanding the palate? Cause thsts one of my biggest failos

Nah it doesn’t affect lip length horizontally much at all. The only surgery for that is comissuroplasty, but it’s risky and usually not done aesthetically.
