Negative canthal tilt

Just wondering/making sure is the only way to fix a negative canthal tilt through surgery or is there another way?

The canthal tilt is measured by comapring the position of your lateral canthus to your medial canthus.

Most people have eyelashes that naturally cover their lateral canthus.

Since the lateral canthus is hidden, this can make your perceived CT lower than what it really is.

To fix this, you use an eyelash curler to curl the eyelashes, exposing your lateral canthus and what your canthal tilt actually looks like.

A real solution would be something like a canthopexy (surgical procedure).
