I remember when I was in school I had nervous smile/laugh, tense facial muscle and it was like I couldn't control it.
When people interacted with me I felt like I had to do some public speaking and I was really bad with quick replies.
I literally didn't know how to small talk and I end up saying weird replies. I thought people were looking at me like I was an animal, just to make me saying something stupid and laugh.
When people asked me something my mind was going blank and I was anxious of my reply since I had nothing to say because of isolation.
I was scared of make people look at me as a loner since I live in a small city.
Also sometimes when I was talking to people I had tears on my eyes and get emotional.
Biggest problem was the lack of interactions amd friends, also I was always staring the floor.
