Hope everyone is safe and well at this unusual time of our lives.

Two things...

Firstly, has anyone had experience with Neuro Cranial Restructuring? I'm struggling to find any reviews on it. I attempted to get in touch with Ian Hedley from http://www.ncr-uk.com/ but his email address didn't work.

Secondly, has anyone had experience in wearing any kind of face-pulling/forward facial growth headgear? The idea of it is tempting but finding reviews or before and after pics are hard to find.

Ian Hedley has moved to Australia and he has retrained somebody else. Some foid but she seems nice tbh only met her once.

very strange having a balloon inflated inside of your nose(inside you skull technically).

but yeah, it’s ok. Just don’t expect it to do all the work for you.

What’s your experience, benefits and results from it

From what I know it’s mostly for health reasons. And can improve skull and facial bone structure asymmetry a bit.
