But last few days they stopped asking and I am fucking feeling horrible they don't even message me anymore for anything, all because I think going outside is a fucking stress bomb for me and provided 0 value

I'm losing friends because of this shit and all day I'm on my phone and just play cs

In this context (which is actually relevant) I have ADHD and it is making my life genuinely harder which causes many other bad things which also causes me not wanting to engage in social conversations with an average person / go outside
