My friend(s) are asking me to go outside with them and 90% time I deny them I don't like being outside, sometimes they would come to my place to kind of force me to go outside

But last few days they stopped asking and I am fucking feeling horrible they don't even message me anymore for anything, all because I think going outside is a fucking stress bomb for me and provided 0 value

I'm losing friends because of this shit and all day I'm on my phone and just play cs

yea you're probably black, if an nd person is already close to people from childhood (when you're a kid being nd is not as much heavily affecting on relationships as when you're an adult) they feel safe and more comfortable with them therefore the sense of "awkwardness" which is caused by the nd person is heavily reduced hence why your argument is shit

Besides the point you don't even know what nd means, u just assume being nd means you're socially bad. In this context (which is actually relevant) I have ADHD and it is making my life genuinely harder which causes many other bad things which also causes me not wanting to engage in social conversations with an average person / go outside
