Avoid apologizing as much as possible especially for things that are not intentionally hostile or criminal in nature. Describe things as a misunderstanding, that you have good intentions, etc. if you must. Be very careful of when and who you apologize to if you choose to do so. I do have a tendency to apologise like at the most simple things whsts good substitute instead saying sorry

Legit tbh, there's actually plenty blackpill/redpill studies on this. Never apologize basically. I'd apologize in a work environemnt though, and to male friends, but never to females, gf, wife, fuck buddies, etc. Also don't apologize when they're around either. If they see you apologizing its over.

Not apologizing only works for Chads, I also bought into this red pill bullshit, but unfortunately I wasn't a Chad, so girls loved to be offended by things I would say or do, and would avoid me and spread ugly gossip about me, until I apologized.
