I overhead-pressed 95 lb for 9 reps.
The previous time I OHPed 95 lb, I only got 3 reps.
That’s because I do overhead press after bench press on push day in my routine.
Today I did overhead press as the 1st exercise in the workout, and I 9-repped the weight that I used to only press for 3 reps.
Never do more than 1 heavy compound exercise per day!
