The principal is gonna put you with the most violent and worse students because your a man, and if you object they will say thats were your needed. So your gonna get the same pay and wages as the female teacher who teach the more civil students. I seen this from elementary school all the way to highschool. In college in bronx new york they don't play they got a whole division for security and have partnership with the police department, literally they have there own building with about 50 people always on campus, with weapons in safes in case of a mass shooting, most of the people leave to join the police department or are retired police.
