start doing research on jewtube
most of the fitness coaches are bloated frogs, old, bald subhumans, gazillions of views
some of them are even doctors, ffs
anyway, they must know better, cuz i'm illiterate compared to them
start hitting gym
follow their instructions like bible
follow their diet, protein heavy, minimal carb
CICO is law
increased my bench press PR from 135(-ish)lb to 205lb
start seeing some "gainz" in different part of my body
encouraged
get totally exhausted after working out for 5 days a week
can't work, study
start taking creatine
feeling much better
but for some reason, belly fat and face fat aren't going away,
does my face kinda look bloated? belly too, maybe?
but my arms are getting bigger, shoulder, chest, thigh, too,
I must be doing something correct, right?
but still look fat?
it will go away, just keep lifting bro
too scared to measure my weight, what if I don't see any change?
anyway keep lifting, keep lifting bro
try to emulate all sorts of lifting techniques, isolation, bro-split, push-pull-leg, upper-lower-full-body
adopt all sorts of gimmicky lifting
