Nope. The Randle Cycle will still occur. You have to enter Ketosis (2-4 days) of not eating carbohydrates to deactivate the defense mechanism.

Keep in mind that they main guru that perpetuates the theory that consuming carbs and fats, makes you fat is fat and bald.

If you want to get lean and ripped, the most important thing is looking at all the different lifestyle (different ways) people have gotten lean and ripped.

This is because there are may different homeostatic mechanisms in the human body.
