Looking at people is obviously a display of attention, it means you notice others. Looking at someone that doesn't look back is humiliating, since it means you're practically unexistent to them and they're in a superior stratum. Just like when girls don't look at males that stare at them in public, or when people dont make eye contact with you when they are going the opposite direction on the street.
And remember, if you initiate eye contact then never end it. It doesn't matter how far you take it, like turning your head around and shit. If you end eye contact = you lost. That means you forfeited and submitted yourself to another person (which is low T as fuck).
Basically ignore people but if you don't, try your best to show your dominance and if necessary intimidate them. Getting ran over by random faggots and bitches in the street ain't what you want.
