e the worlds most loyal and supportive friends and family. Plastic surgery is NOT SOCIALLY ACCEPTED among normies. They will always subconsciously think you have BDD, are insecure, are a fraud, are a fake, etc.. regardless of what they say to you, and the way you are treated by them will be different.

honestly a smart strat would be to get a buzz cut to distract from the jaw

then gradually when hair grows back ppl won't be that sus

after getting surgeries, spesifically the ones that involve jaw otherwise no need to hide eye surgeries, i am thinking bulking with a steroid cycle that makes you insanely bloat like test+deca+dianabol.
and i will also eat like shit to get bloated. after i run this bloat game for a time i will graduely lean out.
