if you go to the gym never train your legs. there are a few reasons no to:

- having big legs are proportionally and aesthetically unappealing
- can throw off that V-shaped look of your body
- your penis will look smaller in comparison to your legs
- the highest intensity training since your legs are big muscle > unnecessarily cortisol and effort
- you can focus on something way more important, for example your shoulder, lats, chest etc
- very unpractical

exceptions:

- you have very small legs (which is rarely the case, most guys genetically have big enough legs); if you have small calves specifically and want to look good in shorts, in that case you can train your calves at the end of every workout for a few sets, though their size is mostly determined by your genetics

people will argue training your legs raises your test level

the reality is that short term stress raises test in general (even if you're being bullied, or have to rush to an appointment), because it's a stress response, but it has no impact on your musculature, that isn't actually decided by your total test level, it's decided by your sensitivity to androgens.

this means that training your legs stresses your body most, and that's about it.

Is there a chance I cooked my height because I was doing stupid weight (250kgs for reps) for seated leg press often (I haven’t trained legs in 3 months because I realised it was probably bad)

explain how that will ascend you.

you think girls will look at your ugly legs and think “woooow chad”? one of the only things that matter in your physique is bidelt width, training legs are gonna do absolutely none

also i have big enough legs genetically, if you have chicken legs it’s fine if you train them

Everyone in this thread is high IQ. I've always been fed up with coping gymcel faggets saying "trAin LeGz Br000 :feelsuhh::feelsuhh:". Esp my old personal trainer.

Unless you're a legit athlete or attending a Diddy party, you shouldn't be trying to gain size in your glutes/thighs/hips regions

I only train them so I can weigh more and have a higher caloric intake jfl

No need to train legs unless you're trying to improve some sport (e.g football basketball soccer even some less obvious sports like badminton volleyball tennis need leg training tho)
for aesthetic reasons legs dont matter cuz u can just wear pants

If ur hips are slightly wider than waist - ideal - then train them, if not, dont
