Bro you done good. L-theanine has been researched quite a lot:
"Our findings suggest that L-theanine has the potential to promote mental health in the general population with stress-related ailments and cognitive impairments."
"These data indicate that L-theanine, at realistic dietary levels, has a significant effect on the general state of mental alertness or arousal."

And it's virtually 100% safe:
"Studies have not found side effects from using theanine supplements."

I fucking love L-theanine, it's like being high without being high. The "high" you get from meditation is very similar to its effects. This was my personal experience and its been observed scientifically too:

"First, this amino acid stimulates production of alpha brain waves directly, creating a state of deep relaxation and mental alertness such as is often achieved via meditation."

Ashwagandha and magnesium have also been shown to help the brain and body but I don't feel like searching health databases rn. No idea about huperzine and memantine. I think huperzine a has been researched to be beneficial but other studies found no benefits.

But overall the Mg, ashwagandha, L-theanine stack will have VERY noticeable effects on your mood and focus.
