I had a situation where my heart rate went up dangerously high once and it landed me in the ER, it was one of the most uncomfortable physical sensations I’ve ever experienced. It felt like I had a knot in my chest that kept getting tighter and tighter and there was no way to stop it.

People who have heart attacks usually look like they aren’t in agony mostly because their brain is overloaded and they aren’t able to express how much pain they are in. This is probably true for most deaths that aren’t immediate.
