So I started this new cope where I grab my lower jaw/mandible and slightly push on it outwards (slowly so I don’t dislocate my jaw)
It should feel firm and shouldn’t feel like ur jaw is gonna snap. Been doing it for about a week combined with zygopulling and I notice my jaw is more square but could be placebo and cope.
Either way who cares it’s working in my head atleast
