i only finished the planning now, i am gonna hop on as soon as i can, which will prob be around next month.

if you are talking about hgh, my wrist grew thicker, my fingers are longer, didnt grow taller in any way, got stronger, my hair got better, my muscles grew a lot, my sleep has been amazing, and my heart has been beating like a fucking horse, my bloating isnt too bad

why would you titrate your test up? Since its test E it will titrate in your levels by itself bc of the long half life. Titrating would just lead to more unstable levels.

And if its your first cycle you shouldnt add any dht derivate like eq, just run test only and use exemestane if necessary

I’m running it first cycle and love it tbh, I think if someone has no discipline then yeah it’s dumb, have to keep a high water intake and frequent cardio (should be done regardless of eq but often isn’t) or ur bloods especially hct will be raped

yeah eq is definitely less insane than people hopping on tren first cycle lol.

I still think test only makes more sense for learning how your body reacts before adding compounds that skew bloodwork differently
