1. If thats a Mewing result, its the worst I've ever seen. (from the point of view of the following ratio: How much change there was divided by the quality of change)
2. Its a SFS case.
Rule is if you want to show a bimax case and compare to mewing, make sure its not a underbite or SFS case.

Mogger result, Raffaini's eye for aesthetics truly is something else.

I don't understand why he didn't perform a rhinoplasty as he usually does with his female patients in addition to the bimax (his trademark "orthofacial" surgery), he could have benefited from a better nose too. Mogger changes on the lips too, his oral fissure is straight, his mouth wider and lips fuller in the after.

Now he just needs to lose weight, start a skincare routine, shave that beard and save money for:
- Rhinoplasty
- Custom supraorbital & infraorbital-malar implants
- Hair transplant (in addition to dye his eyebrows a darker color and use foam minox to gain better density + latisse for longer eyelashes)
And would ascend to at least chadlite. He already went from subhuman to normie with that bimax and even achieved a great smile (very important!). Raffaini is a miracle worker tbh.
