Very dependent on proportions. U can have a short torso at 6'3 or a long torso at 5'9 and look better. Case dependent

Muscle one is completely false unless you are above 6'4

I'm 6'1 and I would argue building muscle above 6'0 is basically more work for more reward. Harder to put on muscle (depends on genes) but once you get the muscle on it looks better than on a shorter person.

Above 6'4 though you will get issues with certain exercises like your bench press/squat 1RM will probably be lower cuz longer limbs and you need more muscle to look buff bc of insertions.

20 years old right now and used to have 15-16 inch arms at 16 and 6'0 so its pretty much cope
