New member looking to LooksMax.
Used to be really into bulking and cutting as a 5'8 manlet, but being caught-up in work meant I no-longer had time for gym/sport. Dude managed to put on some serious pounds and didn't realise I was actually bordering on obese until weighing myself. Quarantine gave me a window to get it back to somewhat respectable shape and after 8 weeks have made significant strides.
Lost around 11kg (24lbs) during lockdown I would say, slowly returning to some semblance of my mid 20s self (Now 28) through sheer general fasting, HIIT sprints and facial exercises.
Where would I place on this PSL scale and what objective critique/feedback can you give? I know there are guys here who have studied facial aesthetics in men for years and pretty much scientists in the field. How much can I improve and what routes could be taken? Interested to hear from you guys. Probably hard with a lot of face fat still there and now what is saggy skin, but try work with what you have.
PS: Like everyone haven't had any sort of hair-cut in over 2 months. Usually get brows threaded, but they've gone 3 months without groom too.
