What is it
10β,17β-dihydroxyestra-1,4-dien-3-one or DHED is a prodrug designed to become E2 in the brain by metabolizing and binding to your ER alpha receptors.
This image shows how DHED is inactive in estrogen receptors but it converts to 17b estradiol through SDR mediated conversion and then binds to ERa/b receptors locally in the brain

How can this be used in gear cycles
This can be used in gear cycles that use an aramotase inhibitor to reduce the conversion of testostrone into E2, because of it causing Gynecomastia or infertility when the levels are high, as an ancillary.
When E2 is nuked, estrogen signaling in the brain drops, reducing synaptic plasticity, BDNF expression, cholinergic and dopaminergic activity, and
overallneuronal energy metabolism, which can contribute to brain fog, poorer memory, and impaired cognition
