This is completely experimental and i am NOT telling you to do
this and you should consult a medical professional before doing this!
THE NOSE:
I see many people getting nerfed heavily by their big ass nose (me included) which i thought was something that could only be fixed or made better by surgery (rhinoplasty) and getting rid of inflammation via things like accutane, furosemide/eplerenone, and even ivermectin which is completely false and after this, i have found this to work very well for me.

HYDROCORTISONE:
Now before you say "but why not use hydrocortisone" or something of the sort, I HAVE TRIED THIS, and YES IT DOES WORK to some very minute degree but after comparing this to Triamcinolone Acetonide, this blows it out of the park quite literally. Though, i would recommend trying hydrocortisone first as it is much weaker than Triamcincline and you may respond to it badly without "priming" your skin to this corticosteroid due to it being around 5-10x stronger.

1. WHAT IS TRIAMCINOLONE ACETONIDE AND HOW IT WORKS:
Triamcinolone Acetonide is, like hydrocortisone, a synthetic corticosteroid which is made to reduce side effects of skin conditions like eczema and dermatitis such as itching and inflammation. It works by essentially mimicking your bodies cortisol allowing it to bind to the glucocorticoid receptors which activates the same pathways as cortisol or simply It acts like your body’s cortisol and tells your cells to reduce inflammation. But for our case, this is unimportant but will be slightly touched on later. In our case we are you using it for the one side effect it offers which is SKIN THINNING. When applying the cream, it causes the cell production of your skin to slow down and breaks down collagen leading to loss of natural structure and thinner skin. This obviously comes with negative implications but they can be avoided if used routinely and correctly.

2. HOW TO USE TRIAMCINOLONE ACETONIDE:
For our use case, it will be used on the nose and more specifically, used primarily on the infratip, tip, and supratip lobules (shown in the image below), just above the collumella and just below the nasal bridge to avoid things like potential infection, easy damage, loss of structure in the nose from the collumella and more prominence of the dorsal hump from the nasal bridge, all of which come from the skin thinning effects. Now, what is the proper routine/usage for Triamcinolone Acetonide. I use 1 slightly below pea-sized drops of the cream making sure that i spread it ONLY on the points i have marked on the image and do so evenly to ensure every bit of skin is covered to get the maximum results and to prevent any skin-thinning-asymmetry and making sure that it is rubbed in thoroughly to provide the most absorbtion possible. I typically use it before my moisturiser and wait about 20 minutes before applying my moisturiser. Your nose might sometimes produce a layer of water from your pores called serous fluid which could be due to many different reasons but the most common is likely to be due to irritation from the cream in which the skin responds to with this fluid as a "defence mechanism" and is pretty normal and can be wiped off with no harm. Just make sure you lightly dab a clean cloth on it and don't rub harshly else it can obviously rub off the Triamcinolone Acetonide.

REGIMINE: Start with using it once per day and do it in the evening to reduce the additonal sensitivity to the sun you will face after using it though if you do use it in the morning, make sure you use SPF 30+ to counteract the sun sensitivity. You will start to see results relatively quickly (within 2-4 weeks) but the more significant results come from weeks 4-8 in which you will stop using it everyday and go to use it once to twice per week preferbly an even amount of days apart e.g. Monday/Thursday as you have reached the "limit" where if you go any further with consistent, daily use, you will run into issues regarding skin thinning be too severe, hence reducing the frequency and using this as a kind of maintenance dose.

3. EFFECTS ON THE HPA AXIS (CORTISOL REGULATION):
Because Triamcinolone Acetonide is a corticosteroid, it affects cortisol. It does this because a corticosteroid is essentially just synthetic cortisol in the form of cream that acts like cortisol and therefore results in your body stopping its natural production of cortisol because it thinks there is already enough in the body. This might seem like a good thing at surface level but because the cream is acting as cortisol, and in this case quite a significant amount, it still stimulates the activity your body would have when your cortisol is naturally high which means you get those side effects of high cortisol like immune sytem supression and changes in your metabolism so you could get ill or could lead to excessive weight gain if not accounted for although this is a very extreme case and is only needed to be done if you firstly start to see any of these side effects of high cortisol potentially like excessive fatigue/weakness and even low blood pressure (very rare) or secondly, if you just want to make sure it doesn't happen as a preventative measure. We would be using it on a very small area, obviously the nose, which would hypothetically mean you are going to get little to no HPA supression but because we are applying it on the nose, this area absorbs the corticosteroids much easier and are more sensitive than other body parts so the HPA supression might be much higher than what you would think so these precautions do need to be taken.

4. HOW TO REGULATE INCREASED CORTISOL:
There are a few supplements that i either use or you could use to lower the cortisol to some degree that you may get from Triamcinolone Acetonide. For my routine, i personally use a combination of simple vitamins like fish oils (2000mg omega 3) and magnesium glycinate (400mg 30minutes before bed) ,as fish oils reduce inflammation (which are a signal/trigger for cortisol release) and magnesium reduces the activation of stress pathways that will end up lowering cortisol. I also use semax and selank (1mg each, once per day) (semax is just in the same blend as selank as has no correlation to low cortisol) but the selank lowers the cortisol the same way magnesium does, by reducing stress. Now that is what i personally use for lowering cortisol but you can also use other supplements to reduce it along side these like ashwagandha (500mg everyday), rhodiola (500mg everyday) and phosphatidylserine (300mg everyday) which are derived from plants and lower cortisol through lowering stress the same way that some of the supplements i also use do with the only reason why i don't buy them is due to them roi being too low for me. All of these can be brought on Google or Amazon except for semax and selank which can be brought from grey chinese sources which are ironically cheaper than some of the other supplements from amazon:lul:.

5. WHERE TO SOURCE TRIAMCINOLONE ACETONIDE:
Now, Triamcinolone Acetonide is a prescription only corticosteroid meaning you would typically need to get this prescribed to you by your doctor or dermatologist for something like eczema or dermatitis but obviously some of you won't be able to do that or simply can't be bothered which i understand (i had some laying around since i had wrist eczema which meant i didn't need this). You can on the otherhand get this cream from online sources without a prescription like IndiaMart and many sellers have this for very cheap and i do have a trusted source for it still, despite me having it prescribed, since my usual accutane seller also sells this so if you do want a guaranteed tube of real Triamcinolone Acetonide then i can give you that source. If you do go down the route of searching for it on IndiaMart, there are plenty of guides on how to browse the website and use it properly (there is a good one by me ) so you can use those to help.

6. MY EXPERIENCE:
Now i do not have any before and after pictures (don't kill me) but i have before and after measurements of the nasal tip's width and the distance from my "nasolabial fold" area to the tip of the nose in regards to depth which can both be seen from the image below. For the first measurement, after using it for 9 weeks now, the difference is 3.5mm and the difference in the second measurement is more significant at 4.5mm though i have lost around 6kg in those 9 weeks so despite it being guaranteed to have mainly come from the Triamcinolone Acetonide, it might also contribute slightly to losing fat in that area too (though i think this is/was highly unlikely. Overall, the progression i have seen from taking Triamcinolone Acetonide as opposed to taking Hydrocortisone is much greater and despite it being much harsher in the effects it has and the side effects it has, if used correctly and the more important side effects have been accounted for, this can be seen as a much more effective way to shrink your nose than hydrocortisone and can be done so in a shorter time frame.

Like i mentioned earlier, this is not medical advice and i am not telling you to do any of this, it is simply for your own educational advantage. That being said, if you do wish to try this out, i'd love to see the progress you made from this method in the replies and i'll see the rest of you guys soon :sneaky::sneaky:

@Sadist safe enough?
i’ve said it before and i will say it again - hydrocortisone is the perfect strength. people who keep talking about all these other corticosteroids simply havent tried hc to begin with. it is strong enough as is to shrink your nose as much as it can be shrunk, except it will not add any side effects on top of that like any of these strong corticosteroids may, as well as the fact that it is super easy to source and is dirt cheap.

Either use hydrocortisone, iso/tret or just get a rhino. Otherwise the side effects that those retarded "doctors" on TikTok tell you about will become the reality for your nose.

i agree but the time it takes for tria to give the same results as hc is much shorter and with all the impatient kids on here its probably more appealing
