Just crazy how ram made this mans face shorter with impaction(on one side) so the nose became both wider and more assymetric at the base. The nose assymetry came from ram fixing assymetry in the jaw by moving the leforte to the left(but the nose moves with then, so hard price to pay).His jaw frontal angle was too high before and now its even worse because he got ccwed. Sure side looks a bit more youthful because the chin projection looks less ogreish. Good but not great result

This is my personal opinion, but at first I couldn’t even tell which one is B/A. If the later is with the nose now to the left, thats a looksmin. Other than that, the results are minimal. If that was supposed to be an aesthetic focused correction, its a waste of money. His profile improved slightly, frontally almost no visible change.

There is way too much wrong with his face to be solved by surgery, there is nothing he could do to be attractive. Coupled with the fact that he is aging (looks early to mid 30's).

There is not a single good feature anywhere, even his soft features are garbage (besides eye color and limbal ring which doesn't even come close to saving him).

And its clear in the pre op that the jaw is wide enough and he has squared chin, just shitty submental region with fat and what not that needed to be adressed.
