Agree with you, he would ascend hard with custom jaw implants. I have the same issue as him in the after, forward grown jaw from the side but narrow from the front.

He did a great bimax advancement on him. I do not agree with you, he would look better with a wider jaw. By your same logic, he would look better recessed because that's just "his skull and genetics", which is as wrong as it can be.

i think ramieri maxed out his potential until he would look chimp lip
but ok, i think he now good to life normal life. he obviously couldnt do it before surgery
if he wants girls and slays he needs more

I do agree that in one operation, that's the best Ramieri or anyone else could do. It's up the patient to decide if he wants a second procedure done (ie: jaw implants, etc). He does look very good and looks shouldn't be a problem in his life unless he specifically wants more, as you said.

Unpredictable and can lead to assymetric gonions at the expense of a overall wider jaw.

I don’t think for width there is anything superior to PEEK implants. With 3d planning you can pretty accurately guage for symmetry and sharpness.

Jaw angle implants are much better because they’re easy to replace later down the road and cause less tension on the mandibular bone.

Yes genio is much better option for augmentating the chin bc implants cause:
unnatural mentolabial folding WHILE severely de harmonizing the whole lower third (giving bulky instead of sharp angular appearance)

Chin is one area where u want to find as good of a genio surgeon as possible. With genio u can add your own bone graft to the cut and reshape the chin in pretty much any dimension.

Surgeon wise they are many many great ones. Many Brazilian like pary and Andre Luis bim. Rameri and pary both do bimax WITH implants if you want it all done at the same time
