I think what happened is once he changed the jaw, his eye area didn't match. So he already was looking uncanny. Then the eye surgery makes him cross eyed and partially blind.

Guy goes to dr taban for eye surgery after having succesfully done a bimax 8 years prior by another doctor. He gets botched on the eye surgery. Looks fake and has severe vision problems. Makes five videos with the first being positive with taban and fixing his eyes and the last being incredibly accusotry with rehab room implying that he wants big money from taban for taking down the videos. These videos were shot during the course of around a year during which he got like 9 surgeries to try to fix his eyes but they were unsuccesful

I mean he went on to do orbital decompression and got surprised he got double vision jfl. Not doing any research and not consulting multiple doctors is wild.
